Selection Procedure
All the shorts listed candidates applications are sent to the client if desire or retained with ALMO for the interview and final selection by the client.
The employers or their representatives will carry out the interviews and do the final selection, for which ALMO provides the necessary assistance and logistic supports like issuance of interview cards, arranging a suitable venue for the interviews, arrangements for conducting written and practical trade tests if required.
We also arrange telephonic interviews for the employers to interact directly with the short listed candidates.
ALMO JOBS prefers that the final selection be done by the employer / client or by their authorized representative directly.
For those who are hard pressed for time, ALMO JOBS do provide VIDEO CONFERENCING whereby the prospects are invited to ALMO CORPORATE OFFICE at the CENTRE to facilitate interviews. For this service ALMO charges are quoted on case-to-case basis.
Service Charges
We Follow Best Practices
ALMO JOBS charges a nominal recruitment fee / service charges from the employer for the finally selected candidates.
In the case wherein the employer wishes we charges the fees from the candidates, ALMO charges the candidate’s month gross salary in flexible manner.
It is not obligatory on the part of the employer to pay any recruitment fees or commission to ALMO. In that cases where the employer intends to pay ALMO commission or fees, we do not charges any fees from the prospects candidates.
What you have to do for US
We release periodic Advertisement in leading dailies where ALMO has its offices. The response, we receive by way of CV’S is then fed into our updated database, category wise.
Hence, we have a vast resource in our databank, both candidates using effective communication modes like emails, telephones, personal visit we achieve the client deadlines.
Screening Process
RECRUITMENT FORMALITIES
Agency only
The clients willing to use the services of ALMO for the employment of personnel must give us a letter. The letter addressed to ALMO, should be attested (wherever required) by the client will recruit from and must state the following:
- Nature of work
- Number of workers required
- Salary / Wages for each category
- Qualifications
- Experience
- Other terms & conditions of service
- Benefits
The Employers / clients must enter into an agency agreement with ALMO, appointing us as their recruitment partner.

A standard employment contract, to be signed between the employer and the employee, would be required by ALMO, in English, which clearly should state the following conditions:
- Salary / Wages
- Traveling expenses
- Working hours
- Over-time allowances
- Medical treatment facilities
- Weekly holidays and annual holiday
- Provision Accommodation / Allowances
